PEACE Chicken wire netting/hexagonal wire mesh are manufactured with the highest standards using the quality wire. As to the materials it can be divided into galvanized , pvc coated and stainless steel wire . We supply a full service from design -manufacturing-shippings issues . The mesh produced to meet BS 10244 standards .
[ Material ]
Galvanized surface
1). Galvanized redrawing wire
2). Electro galvanized wire
3). Hot dipped galvanized wire before weaving
4). Hot dipped galvanized wire after weaving
PVC/PE coated surface , the inner material can be:
1). Electro galvanized wire + PVC coated
2). Iron wire + PVC coated
3). Hot dipped galvanized wire + PVC coated
Two standard zinc coating for hot-dipped galvanzied:
1) normal zinc coating(50-60g/m2)
2) heavy zinc coating(260g/m2)
Tips:
1. Hot-dipped galvanized has better corrosion resistance than electro galvanized, because the thickness of zinc coating is thicker.
2. For hot-dipped galvanized, there are two types: galvanized before weaving & galvanized after weaving; for electro galvanized, it can only be produced into galvanized before weaving.
