Product introduction
Type: gabion box, gabion mattress, gabion roll
Material: electric-galvanized wire, hot dipped galvanized wire, PVC coated galvanized wire, 5% aluminum- zinc alloy wire(Galfan wire) and 10% aluminum-zinc alloy wire.
Wire diameter: 1.7mm-4.0mm. Different places and designs have different requirement.
Usually have 2.0mm, 2.4mm, 2.7mm, 3.0mm, 3.4mm
Hole size: 60mmX80mm, 80mmX100mm, 80mmX120mm, 100mmX120mm, 100mmX140mm, 120mmX150mm, 160mmX180mm.etc.
Tie wire: usually is 2.2mm, and supply 3% tie wire. Sometimes is 5%, or 8%. Supply as customers' requirement.
The following information shall be supplied by the purchaser at the time of enquiry and order:
a) quantity;
b) length of rolls;
c) mesh size;
d) wire size;
e) width;
f) type - if no type is specified then either regular twist or reverse twist may be supplied;
g) coating type;
h) whether uniformity of coating is to be measured;
i) inspection documentation requirements;
j) agreed quality characteristics for testing .
